Your Mission

AXCEL Partners is developing its activity in the field of labor relations to support our clients on high-stakes issues in contexts of significant change, adaptation of skills, mobility plan, social dialogue. After a quick diagnosis and putting together the first corrective actions, you will propose and implement an action plan in line with our client’s strategy.

Your Talent

You are an HR professional with at least 15 years of experience in the function and have been responsible for HR teams in companies through transformation phases. You have had to drive adaptation plans in industry, services or distribution. You have experience in various perimeters (subsidiary, factory, head office), where you have acquired a solid expertise in Social Relations and possibly one of the following areas:, HR Information Systems, Integration, SSG, ...
