Your Mission

To take over the SC department of a SME in the food industry operating on fresh products with a very short cycle. First of all, you will highlight the causes of a recent degradation of the service rate and implement the first corrective actions. You will also propose all structural measures that will enable performance to be sustained and will implement them in close collaboration with the sales and production teams. You will be in charge of a team of about 15 employees spread over 2 sites.

Your Talent

You are an industrial Supply Chain professional with expertise in managing upstream/downstream flows. You have defined, structured and implemented the supply chain strategy of industrial units, over the whole cycle from material supply to delivery to the customer. You have been in charge of various teams, including logistics, warehousing and transport platforms, and you have a good command of the usual tools (S&OP, PIC, etc.) and of ERP systems such as SAP or others. You have experienced various perimeters (plant, headquarters) within organizations in contexts of transformation (growth, restructuring, etc.) Your main sectors of activity? Food industry, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals.
