Denis worked for GE before joining the professional services sector. He has been conducting management and advisory assignments for his clients in the Aerospace & Defence and Energy industries for over twenty years.
Jean-Michel has a 30 years experience in the manufacturing sector and in consulting, with a focus on supporting restructuring and economic changes, analysis and advising companies in the Manufacturing sector and the restructuring trades.
A career span over various corporate functions then as director of Regional Development and transformation in the Usinor/Sacilor group (10 years) and Giat Industries (10 years) where he supported major restructuring movements (social plans, closure of industrial sites, support for change ...) and then 15 years in the consulting field as a manager of a firm specializing in support of restructuring and conversions, before joining the firm Mazars in recent years as a partner in the Restructuring practice in charge of the redeployment service line (Audit of turnaround plan / rebound, support of companies in difficulty, change of business model...).
Jean-Michel brings AXCEL Partners a wide experience of the French industrial footprint, of the restructuring processes when dealing with distressed companies and public actors supporting the economy.
Philippe has thirty years of experience in the management of industrial units and engineering centers, in France and internationally. He has led these last 6 years around 90 consulting and management missions.
Franck has held operational positions in large industrial Groups .
For more than 30 years with PL responsibilities in different sectors of activity (Automotive, Transport, Energy, Consumers electronics).
Frédéric spent most of his time in the Chemicals, Packaging and Materials industries, in Europe, North America and Asia, in General Management positions for the last 20 years, before cofounding AXCEL Partners.
Jacques spent most of his time within Compagnie de Saint-Gobain in the area of advanced materials in various managerial functions. General Manager, then Division Vice President, he led major restructuring and continuous improvement programs over a wide international scope. Chemical engineer by trade with a master degree in organic chemistry, Jacques lived 13 years as an expat in the US and enjoys an extensive 5 continents international culture.
Before joining AXCEL Partners, Jacques spent 7 years within Imerys, a world leader in non-metallic Industrial minerals, managing a 1B$ division. Jacques’s area of expertise is value creation, M&A, divestitures and operational excellence.
