You are a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in overall plant management and have been in charge through a variety of transformation phases (development, reduction, acquisition, divestment, …). You have a successful record of managing different sites, of growing importance through your career where you have acquired a solid expertise in performance improvement, root cause analysis, labor relations and talent development. You have an engineering degree and have worked your way through some of the various functions in a manufacturing site (Production, Process engineering, Maintenance,…).
