Your Mission

Define and implement the multi-channel vision for a specialized telecom equipment company that operates on international markets via distributors and integrators The objective is to diagnose what is missing to launch an e-commerce platform, the current strengths and weaknesses of the company to deliver the end-to-end service. You will quickly propose an action plan with a roadmap to deploy in an iterative way the final solution allowing to switch 50% of the operations via the platform in 9 months and 70% eventually. You will manage the project and lead the project team. You will manage the web agency that will build the site and coordinate the associated business and technical projects.

Your Talent

You are a digital transformation professional with expertise in e-commerce, particularly in B2B and indirect distribution models. You have defined, structured and implemented the multi-channel strategy of various businesses (manufacturing, retail/wholesale). You have managed projects requiring a complete overhaul of the data. You have been in charge of various teams, including the company's business lines, architects, external service providers such as web agencies and you have a good command of the tools of the e-commerce and digital world in general, data management tools.
