Ann Gidner takes on a new Life Science leadership role at AXCEL Partners

As AXCEL Partners – Acceleration & Excellence continues its expansion into Scandinavia, the firm strengthens its advisory team with one of the Nordic region’s most respected Life Science leaders. Ann Gidner, known for her international career and her ability to build business models that transform entire industries, joins AXCEL as a Partner, with responsibility for both Nordic expansion and the global development of the firm’s Life Science practice.

Ann Gidner has held senior leadership positions within major international companies across the life sciences, technology, and services sectors. She is widely recognized for her ability to lead complex transformations, scale organizations, and drive sustainable growth. Her experience spans both public and private environments, as well as high-growth and transition phases.

At AXCEL Partners, she will work closely with executive teams and boards to support Life Science companies in strategic transformations, performance improvement initiatives, and international expansion. Her role also includes structuring and expanding AXCEL’s Life Science offering across Scandinavia.
